William J. "Chilly" Radebaugh, 64, of Chillicothe, died 9:06 am September 2, 2016, at the Adena Regional Medical Center, following an extended illness. He was born October 24, 1951 in Portsmouth, OH to the late Robert J. and H. Jane Brandon Radebaugh. Survivors include his brother, Robert (his significant other, Darlene Lustgarten) Radebaugh, Athens, OH; step-children, Courtney and Casey (Amanda) Kinnamon, Chillicothe; a granddaughter, Raven Kinnamon; four nieces and nephews, Jedidiah, Jerimiah, Maggin and Shannon; and numerous friends, including special friends, Mark Davis, Jhan Corzine and David and Diane Muckler, who supported him through his struggles. He was preceded in death by a brother, Michael. Chilly owned and operated Schmieder's Carry Out. He was a member of the BPOE 52 and was an avid golfer. He was a supporter of local youth sports and enjoyed attending all types of sporting events. Chills was a humorous and carefree individual. There is comfort in knowing his pain is over, he is in a better place, and his spirit lives on. A celebration of his life will be held 3-5 pm, Saturday, September 17, 2016, on the second floor of the Elks Hall. He loved Jamaica, and has asked that his ashes be scattered there.
