William "Mike" Michael Perkins, 72, of Chillicothe, passed away early Tuesday morning, August 17, 2021 at the Adena Regional Medical Center.
He was born June 9, 1949, in Chillicothe, Ohio, son of the late James M. and Catherine L. (Payne) Perkins.
Surviving is his brother, David A. Perkins, of Chillicothe; children, Brian Perkins, of Colorado Springs, Ebony Perkins, of Chillicothe, and Nicole Perkins, also of Chillicothe; a grandson, Dezmond Perkins, of Colorado Springs; as well as numerous other grandchildren, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Myron R. Perkins.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00pm on Friday, August 20, 2021 at the Floral Hills Memory Gardens with Chaplain Bruce Hines officiating.
