Billy came into our lives January 18, 1989, and unexpectedly left our lives May 31, 2012 due to an accidental gunshot wound. Our beloved Billy leaves behind his "Momma" & best friend, Lisa Minnix-His Special Aunt "Ninny", Linda Minnix- His "Lil Sis" & best friend, Heather Moody (Joshua Rea)-"Uncle Stevie", Stephen B. Minnix- Loving girlfriend "Princess Tabela", Tabbie Bell- Big Bro "Willie", John George jr. (Karen George), Big Sis, Eva Kight (Eldon Kight)- Nieces & Nephews, Summer Kight, Kyle Kight,& Madison George- Special Cuz Gary (Marcie) Minnix,- Lil cousins, Brenden Minnix, & Kayden Minnix- With several more homies, cousins, uncles, aunts, and the whole Juggalo Fam. Billy was preceded in death by his beloved Grandpa, Stephen C. Minnix and great grandparents, Delphia & Clifford Minnix. Billy was a care provider for his very close friend, Marc Fischer. He loved his psychopathic & strange music, was an amazing artist, and had the biggest heart of anyone we have ever known. He was the most loving person to all those fortunate enough to have really known him. Billy you are deeply loved and terribly missed. Gone but never forgotten. MCL Ninja, Woop-Woop. Funeral services will be held 11 am Wednesday at the Haller Funeral Home, Rev. Phillip Rutherford officiating. Burial will follow in Londonderry Cemetery. Friends may call 5-8 pm Tuesday at Haller's.
