William Cecil Leonard, Jr., 72, of Chillicothe, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday morning, December 4, 2018, at his home.
He was born May 3, 1946, in Columbus, Ohio to the late William Cecil Leonard, Sr., and Sarah E. (Welch) Krouse.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by a brother, Harry L. (Stephanie) Krouse, of Groveport, and Yvonne E. Mayo, of Delaware; a nephew, Austin Curtis Krouse; as well as numerous other family members and friends. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Wayne Mayo, and his step-father who raised him, Harry C. Krouse.
William was an honorably discharged veteran who served in the US Navy during Vietnam from 1963-1969. In his free time he enjoyed working on cars, and going fishing.
In accordance with his wishes, there will be no public services.
