William Howard

William Joshua "Ratt" Howard, 24, of Chillicothe died unexpectedly May 6, 2005. He was born July 8, 1980 in Chillicothe to William W. Howard and Betty C. Coleman, who survive. Also surviving are three brothers, Butch (Tyarria) Howard, Adam Howard, and Preston Howard all of Chillicothe; his step-mother, Caroline Howard; step-father, Bradford Coleman; his maternal grandparents, Betty Mickey and Carl Wright; his paternal grandmother, Ruby Howard; a host of uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews; and special friends, Joshua "Nott" Brown, Carie Brown, and Troy Harding. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Walter Howard, his maternal grandparents, Lula and Monroe Walker; a cousin, Sean Scott and an aunt Thora Mickey. Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Tuesday in the Original Glorious Church of God in Christ, Bishop Melvin Maughmer officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. Friends may call 12-2 at the church prior to the service on Tuesday. Arrangements are under the direction of the Haller Funeral Home.
