William David Duncan, 67, of Chillicothe, died April 25, 2020 at the VA Medical Center, Chillicothe, following an extended illness.
He was born November 3, 1952 in Joliet, IL to the late Jack and Barbara Burch Duncan.
Mr. Duncan was a Vietnam Army veteran.
Graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family in the Dayton National Cemetery. Calling hours will not be observed.
