William S. Curtis, 48, of Chillicothe, passed away on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at the Adena Regional Medical Center, following a brief illness.
He was born December 12, 1974, in Chillicothe, son of the late William Lee and Rebecca Ann (Day) Curtis.
Surviving is his brother and sister-in-law, Charles "Charley" (Jessica) Curtis; three nieces, Kaitlyn Curtis, Trinity Kibe, and Brooklyn Kibe; a nephew, William Curtis; as well as numerous other extended family members and close friends.
William believed strongly in being able to help others when possible. Part of that belief led to his desire to become an organ donor. His decision to give the gift of life allowed for the donation of both his kidneys, which resulted in saving two people. His family will forever remember his selflessness and courage.
In accordance with his wishes, there will be no public calling hours or services.
