William Compher

William H. Compher, 68, died at 4:10pm June 8, 2017, at Signature Healthcare of Chillicothe, following an extended battle with Parkinson's Disease.   He was born June 14, 1948, in Ross County to the late Kermit and Margene (Merriman) Compher. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his son Ed Compher; and a brother Charles Compher.   Bill is survived by his children: Connie Compher, Greenfield, Angy (Michael) Inglesfield, Isle of Man, Andy Compher, Monroe, MI, Dionne Edwards, Camden, OH, and Shawn Compher and his fiancée Amber Irvin, Ottawa, OH; grandchildren: Toni and Summer Compher; Morgan Shadix; A.J. Compher; Jaiden, Bryson and William Compher; 2 great-grandchildren; his former wife, Darlene Compher, Greenfield; and his sisters Mary Hoylman, Chillicothe, and Dorothy (Hank) Goldman, Florida.   Bill was a graduate of Paint Valley High School, Class of 1967. He worked for DT & I Railroad Maintenance.   Cremation services are being held under the direction of Haller Funeral Home & Crematory. Memorial contributions may be made to: The Michael J.
