Wayne Clark

Wayne Wallace Clark, 66, of Chillicothe, passed away at 3:18pm on Tuesday, November 22, 2016, at the VA Medical Center, following an extended illness. He was born May 4, 1950, in Bend, Oregon, to Cecil Melvin and Isabelle Charlotte (Sagmo) Clark. On June 26, 1970, he married Cheryl Rae Parker-Finn. In addition to his wife and mother, Wayne is survived by his children, Kari (Rey) Garcia, of Chillicothe, Jill (Martin) McGraw, of Homestead, FL, and Trustina Kellner-Clayton, of Lima, OH; his grandchildren, Alexis, Carlitos, Santos, Kendis, and Torrianos Garcia, Shamus, Shaun, and Finnley McGraw, Thomas Shulz, Evan, and Alton Clayton; his great-granddaughter, Arrabella Schulz; his siblings, Joanne (Ron) Oras, Carol (Don) Phipps, Mel (Vickie) Clark, Chris Arnston, Eileen (Randy) Kirkwood, Brenda Clark, Bert Clark and Lori (Andy) McWhirter. In addition to his father, Wayne was preceded in death by his sister-in-law Phyllis Clark. Wayne honorably served in the United States Army for 6 years during the Vietnam War era. The Ross County Veterans Honor Guard will pay a Military Tribute to Wayne at 2:00pm on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at the Haller Funeral Home. Immediately following these military services, the family will receive friends until 4:00pm to share memories and spend time together.
