Wandaline Minney, 83, of Frankfort, a loving mother and friend to many, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly to be with her Savior Jesus Christ, while recovering from a brief illness at Signature Healthcare in Chillicothe, early in the afternoon December 4, 2017. She was born July 8, 1934, the daughter of Conn and Louvenna (Pelfrey) Kelley. Wanda, a past long-time member of Mt. Tabor Community Church, lived her life ensuring that those she had contact with were provided for as best as possible with food and necessary items that she felt she could give to help to assist them. Wanda believed this was her way of ministering to those she knew. A ministry that she most assuredly answered the call of. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Lewis E. Minney; both of her sisters Geneva Cottrill and Roberta Mills; and a stillborn child. Wanda is survived by her daughter Marcia (Kenny) Schoenholtz, Chillicothe; sons Dale and Willard Minney, both of Chillicothe; granddaughters Holly and Molly Schoenholtz, both of Chillicothe; and a grandson Christian Minney, Washington Court House. Wanda last worked as a cook at the Schoolhouse Restaurant until it closed. She enjoyed listening to Christian music and spending her time visiting with friends while staying at Frankfort Place. She was an avid Ohio State fan. She always had testimony to what she had been blessed with from God and wanted to share with all that knew her what she had been blessed with. Graveside services will be held at 11am Friday, December 8, in Caldwell Cemetery, under the direction of Haller Funeral Home. Friends may call Thursday from 5-7pm at Haller's. Memorial contributions may be made to help assist the family through Haller Funeral Home.
