Wanda O'Neill, 86, of Chillicothe, died April 19, 2022, at the Adena Regional Medical Center, following an extended illness.
She was born January 27, 1936 in Ross Co. to the late Charles and Helen Hyer Stewart. On August 4, 1958 she married Virgil Penrod, who died December 25, 1971. In 1991 she married L. Tom "Turkey Tom" O'Neill, who died January 31, 2014. Survivors include 8 children, Sandy (Bill) Holbert, Chillicothe, Mike (Kim) Penrod, Kentucky, and Treva Jo Ward, Cherry Skaggs, Ed Penrod, Billy Penrod, Melinda Painter, and Corey (Shelena) Penrod, all of Chillicothe; 13 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a child, Ruby Penrod; 2 sisters; and 4 brothers.
Wanda loved to garden and work in her yard. She also enjoyed crocheting.
Following cremation, a private gathering will be held at the convenience of the family.
