Vicki Wooldridge

Vicki L. Wooldridge, 62, of Chillicothe, died 7:25 am Saturday, October 17, 2009, following an extended illness. She was born July 23, 1947 in Chillicothe the daughter of the late James "Tom" and Elizabeth Clements. On July 29, 1967 she was united in marriage to Dennis E. Wooldridge, who survives. Also surviving are daughter and son-in-law Brooke and Michael Adams; sister, Betty Thurman; nephews Robert (Becky) Riley, Jeremy (Allyson) Wooldridge; nieces, Stephanie (Steven) Blades and Megan Wooldridge; very special great niece, Libby Blades; sister-in-law Dorothy Clements; mother-in-law Anne Wooldridge; brother-in-law Paul (Linda) Wooldridge; dearest friends Shirley (Chuck) Hood and Mikey (Tom) Barcikowski; and the biggest joys of her life, her grandchildren, Morgan and Caleb Adams. She was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Riley; a brother Earl T. Clements; a brother-in-law Henry Thurman; her father-in-law Carl Wooldridge; and nephews, Colin, Aiden and Ethan Blades. Vicki worked in the lab at the Adena Regional Medical Center for many years before attending Shawnee State University. She graduated as a Registered Nurse in June of 1989. As a nurse she worked at Adena Regional, Chillicothe Family Physicians, and Mead. Private graveside services will be held Thursday in Grandview Cemetery.
