Vernie Carrell

Vernie E. Carrell, 85, of Chillicothe, died Tuesday, August 28, 2012, at the VA Medical Center, Chillicothe. He was born February 4, 1927 in Hocking Co. to the late Ernest and Anna Pigstock Carrell. He is survived by several brothers and sisters. Mr. Carrell retired as a sawmill opertor. He was a US Army veteran of the Korean War. Military graveside services, conducted by the US Army, Ft. Knox, will be held 2:00 pm, August 5, 2012 in the Dayton National Cemetery.
