Tyson James Smith, 6 months old, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, December 7, 2018.
He was born on June 17, 2018, at the OSU Wexner Medical Center, to Cassandra Smith and Cameron Rearley.
Also surviving is his brother, Johnny Fuller, of Bourneville; his grandparents, Mark and Beth Smith, and Cindy McWhorter, both of Chillicothe; his great-grandparents, Larry and Bev Smith, of Chillicothe, and Lola Brown, also of Chillicothe; his uncles, Matt (Carlene) Smith, Caleb Russell, Gabriel Hudson, Seth Hudson, all of Chillicothe, and Joshua Russell, of Iowa; as well as several great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins, and the Brookside Church family.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Friday, December 14, 2018, at the Haller Funeral Home, with Pastor Ryan Bash officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort, Ohio. Friends may join the family for a visitation on Thursday evening from 5:00pm-8:00pm.
