Trudy Fay Storts, 68, of Chillicothe, went Home to be with the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, on Sunday morning, December 25, 2022 at her home.
She was born January 28, 1954, in Chillicothe, daughter of the late Harry and Freda (Diehl) Jordan. On February 6, 1971, she married the love of her life and best friend, Richard C. Storts who survives.
Also surviving are their two children who she loved so much, Burke (Melissa) Storts, and Summer Storts Miner; her grandchildren who were the light of her life, Cade (fiancé Krystin) Miner, Caelan Miner, Delano Immorino, Gianna Storts, and Cole Storts; two sisters, Harriett (Dave) Reed, and Barbara Colopy; her best friend, Georgie Dickinson; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and close friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her twin sister, Judy Foster.
Trudy was a lifetime member of the Yellowbud Church of Jesus Christ. She was known among her family and friends for her amazing cooking abilities, her love of dogs, and her strong faith in the Lord. She also loved her family and grandchildren more than anything else in the entire world.
A graveside service for family and friends will be held at 1:00pm on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at Twin Township Cemetery with Pastor Ray Skaggs officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Ross County Humane Society in her honor.
