Trent G. McElroy, 33, of Chillicothe, passed from this life Tuesday, November 2, 2021, as a result of a house fire.
He was born July 4, 1988. Survivors include his two sons, Gabriel and Gage; his mother and step-father, Molly and Dwight Butterbaugh; his grandfather, Bill (Teresa) McElroy; several half brothers and sisters, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles L. Clemons, and grandmother, Francis K. Wright.
Trent was employed at First Capital Enterprises and was a member of the Cornerstone Church and Special Olympics.
A memorial service will be held 1:00 pm Saturday at Cornerstone Church, at the intersection of US 50 and SR 28.
