Tonie Nikoli Allen Detillion

Tonie “Nikoli” Allen Detillion, 17, of Chillicothe passed unexpectedly on February 3rd, 2026.

Tonie was born June 27, 2008, to Jessica and Logan Ater of Clarksburg. His biological Father Jeremy Kellough of Chillicothe.

Tonie is survived by his daughter Amirah June Detillion, born January 27, 2026. Grandmother that he loved dearly, Missy Thomas, Grandfather Rick Detillion, Grandparents Terry (Brenda) Ater, of Clarksburg, Brothers, Brayden, Brentlee, Bryson, and his sister Kalea Ater and his favorite Aunt Reggie Wright.

Tonie was a recent graduate of Roweton’s/Adena High School. Tonie enjoyed spending time with his family/siblings, and friends. Also loved and enjoyed spending time with his girlfriend Hailey Stephens.

Tonie was preceded in death by his baby sister, Kyonnah Ater, his Uncle Mark Secrest, his Poppy, Tony Thomas, and his special Uncle Michael Fairrow.

A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, February 9, 2026, at 1:00 pm at the Haller Funeral Home followed by burial at Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort. Calling hours will be on Monday from 11:00am to 1:00pm.
