Todd A. Blevins Todd A. Blevins, 43, of Phoenix, formerly of Chillicothe, died July 8, 2006 in Phoenix, unexpectedly. He was born January 30, 1963 in Chillicothe to Carl "Bud" and Peggy S. Butler Blevins. In addition to his parents, survivors include two sons, Brandon T. and Bradley A. Blevins, of Chillicothe; two sisters, Lynn M. Blevins, of Irving, TX and Beth A. (Charles) Reisinger, of Circleville; his maternal grandparents, Hoyt and Mary Butler, of Chillicothe; two nieces and two nephews, Anna, Allarae, Joshua, and Jonathan Reisinger; a special aunt, Joyce Ater, and several other aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Carl and Edna Blevins; and his former wife and mother of his children, Ivalene. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Tuesday in the Haller Funeral Home, with his brother-in-law Charles Reisinger, officiating. Burial will follow in Rowland Cemetery. Friends may call 4-8 pm Monday at Haller's. Memorial contributions may be made to the Ross Co. Banking Center, C/O Ben Junk, where a memorial trust has been established for the benefit of his sons.
