Tina V Cooper

Tina V. Cooper, 98, of Chillicothe, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on February 28, 1928 to the late William L. and Laura B. (Bentley) Taylor. On August 26, 1950, she married O. Wayne Cooper, who preceded her in death on December 15, 1998.

Also surviving are her three loving daughters, Joyce G. Cooper, T. Chris (John) Scott, and Sherry L. (Marion) Moats; grandchildren, Chelsy L. (Mark) Francis, J. Trent (Vicki) Scott, Aaron W. (Jackie) Moats, L. Alissa (Joe) Flach; grandson-in-law, Jon Rairdon; great-grandchildren, Greg (Sarah) Rairdon, Ashton (Ephraim) Monaghan, Carson Francis, Tristan Rairdon, Hallee Scott, Cooper, Christian, Colby, and Charlie Flach, Mason, Whitley, and Aiden Moats; great-great grandchildren, Carolina and Lilly Rairdon, Elowin Monaghan; sisters, Bessie Stoneburner and Ellen McClanahan; special friend, Mary Uhrig; lifelong friends, John and Pat Riffle; and special friend and caregiver, Kay Austin, as well as extended family members, friends, nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her granddaughter, Tonia L. Rairdon; brother, William L. Taylor; sisters, Tillie Yonts and Polly Withrow.

Tina was a member of Goshen Run Church of God and most recently God's Community Outreach Church. She was affectionately known as “Mammaw” to her family.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at 11:00am, at the Haller Funeral Home and Crematory, with her grandson in-law, Reverend Mark Francis officiating. Burial to follow in Londonderry Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until the time of service.
