Timothy Houlihan

Timothy “Tim” Houlihan, 69, of Chillicothe, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, following a brief illness.

He was born on September 18, 1956 to the late Terence F. and Anna J. (Woodruff) Houlihan in Houston, Texas. On February 22, 1992, he married Treva (Carpenter) Houlihan, who survives.

Also surviving are children, Jeffrey (Susan) Lockett, of Baytown, Texas, Clay (Kimberly) Lockett, of Texas; grandchildren, Mason, Grady, Mattis, and Maverick Lockett; sisters, Terasee (Richard) Morris, of Weimer, Texas, Lisa (Billy) Chandler, of South Carolina; his beloved dog Casey, who misses him dearly; as well as numerous extended family members and friends.

After high school, Tim joined the United States Navy and worked as a gunner's mate from 1975 - 1977.

Tim was known as the “neighborhood grandpa” and loved spending time with his family, friends, and neighbors. He loved to make slushies and ran his own Hawaiian Shaved Ice business with his wife and would travel to different fairs and festivals. On Saturdays, Tim and Treva would volunteer at the homeless shelter making meals. He was a longtime member of Sunrush Church of Christ.

In accordance with his wishes, cremation will take place and a service will be announced at a later date.
