Timothy A Horsley, 70, of Chillicothe, died at 11:35am September 30, 2025 at Hopewell Grove Nursing Home unexpectedly.
He graduated from Southeastern High School in 1972,. He married Debra A Wright in March of 1980. They were married for over 45 years. They were soul mates. Tim loved his family and friends, loved to go fishing and loved his cars! He loved to go drag racing with his friends. He was loved so much and will be missed by many.
At his request, he was cremated and there will be no service.
