Tom Wiggins

Thomas Allen Wiggins Jr., 66, of Chillicothe OH, passed away on February 26th, 2026, following an extended illness.

Thomas “Tom”, was born October 25th, 1959, in Circleville Ohio, to Thomas A Wiggins Sr. and Ersel (Hart) Wiggins. He graduated in 1978 from Logan Elm High School. He worked at Dupont for 15 years, and then for Ohio Operating Engineers as a Heavy Equipment Operator until he retired in December 2017 with health issues.

He loved to Golf and followed the Ohio State Buckeyes, Cleveland Browns, and Cincinnati Bengals.

He is survived by his wife, Cinda R Sparks-Wiggins, his daughter Caitlyn M Wiggins, step-daughter Melissa Kuntz, step-son Brandon M Willett, brothers, Barry (Kathy) Wiggins and Charles, Wade (Sandy) Wiggins, Sister, Shawn Harper, Granddaughter Amelia Wiggins, Step-granddaughter Samantha Bryan, step-grandsons Wes, Tristin and Caleb Kuntz, Step-mother Donna Wiggins and many nieces, nephews and other loved ones.

He was predeceased by his father, Thomas A Wiggins Sr., Mother Ersel Hart, and one brother, Kelly Wiggins.

Tom will be missed by all.
