Thomas St.Clair

Thomas W. St. Clair, 72, of Frankfort, died Thursday afternoon, at the Chillicothe Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, following an extended illness. His wife Jennifer survives. Thomas was a machinist and a US Army Veteran. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family under the direction of the Haller Funeral Home.
