Thomas E. Siberell, 82, of Chillicothe, died at 5:40am Monday, February 20, 2012, in Westmoreland Place following a battle with cancer. He was born February 14, 1930, in Cincinnati, OH, to the late Lloyd and Mary (Cathart) Siberell. Surviving are his daughters and sons-in-law Louann (Dale) Wurstner; Stacie (Eric) Stark; step-daughters Annette Immell and Denise (Bernard) Schumann; grandchildren: John Wurstner; Baylee Stark; Bryan Stark, all of Chillicothe; his brother Bud (Nelvalie) Siberell, of Florida; and many special friends, including Red and Bert Magill, of Chillicothe. Tom retired from the State of Ohio, Department of Transportation (ODOT), District 9, following nearly 30 years of service as a engineering technician. He served his country honorably in the US Marine Corps during the Korean Conflict and was a member of the American Legion. He was an avid golfer and played most often at the Chillicothe Jaycees. Tom also enjoyed attending Cavalier football games and watching his grandchildren's soccer games. In keeping with his wishes, a private service will be held at the convenience of the family under the direction of Haller Funeral Home. Calling hours will not be observed.
