Thomas Lowe

Thomas W. Lowe, 55, died unexpectedly April 2, 2016, at his residence. He was born August 4, 1960, in Chillicothe, to the late William and Wilma Johnson Lowe. Surviving are his daughter Tiffany R. Lowe, Chillicothe; son and daughter-in-law Aaron W. (Sammie) Lowe, Frankfort; grandchildren Tommy and Lillian Lowe, Frankfort; sisters and brother-in-law Karen Steinbrook and Tammy (Tim) Wisecup, all of Chillicothe; brother and sister-in-law Tim (Jody) Lowe, Clarksburg; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents and a brother-in-law Melvin Steinbrook. Tom was a graduate of Paint Valley High School, Class of 1978. He served his country in the US Navy from 1982 to 1987 and worked as a machinist at Suburban Metal Products. A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm Thursday at Pleasant Valley CCCU (Plug Run), 1586 Mingo Rd., Chillicothe with Rev. Willard Kellough officiating. Military graveside services will be held 11:00am Monday, April 11, in Greenlawn Cemetery Soldiers Square under the direction of Haller Funeral Home & Crematory. Memorial contributions may be made to Haller Funeral Home.
