Thomas E. Bowen

Thomas E. Bowen, 58, of Chillicothe, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at St. Mary Hospital in Huntington, WV, following a sudden illness.

He was born June 23, 1967, in Washington Court House, Ohio, son of the late James Earl and Linda Lou (Webster) Bowen.

Surviving are his children, Joshua (Sydney) Bowen, Kyle (Colleen) Fenton, Brittany (Dwight) Rich, and Brandi Culp; his grandchildren, Lainey Bowen, Josephine Rich, Silias Fenton, Scarlett Fenton, and Evan Bowen due in the next few weeks; as well as numerous extended family members and friends.

Tom was well known in the Chillicothe area for his iHeart Imagery photography. He loved spending time outdoors and especially enjoyed family time.

A celebration of life service is being planned by his family and will be announced at a later date.
