Thomas W. Boggs, 63, of Chillicothe, died Tuesday, May 24, 2011, at the VA Medical Center, Chillicothe, following an extended illness. Private military graveside services will be held in Greenlawn Cemetery, under the direction of the Haller Funeral Home.
