Terry L. Elliott, 76, of Chillicothe, passed away at 3:05am February 10, 2026, following an extended illness.
He was born October 23, 1949, in Chillicothe to the late Donald E. and Leah Jean (Smith) Elliott. On December 1, 1970, he married the former Eva S. Hayes, who together enjoyed over 55 years of marriage.
In addition to his wife Eva, surviving are their daughters: Kathy (Toby) Kellough and Michelle (Robert) Blair; grandchildren: Cory (Cassy) Kellough, Nick (Chase) Kellough, Hayle Blair and Garett (Shania) Blair, all of Chillicothe; great-grandchildren: Caly, Deegan, and Cohen Kellough, Jolene and Juniper Blair; and his brothers-in-law Allen (Joyce) Hayes and Roger Hayes. He was predeceased by his parents; and brother Donald Scott Elliott.
Terry was a graduate of Unioto High School, Class of 1968. He worked as a machine tender for Chilpaco for 43 years prior to his retirement. He was a longtime member of Brookside Church.
His funeral service will be held at 1pm Monday, February 16, at the Haller Funeral Home & Crematory with Pastor Ryan Bash officiating. Burial will follow in Londonderry Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11am until 1pm Monday at the funeral home.
