Teresa Willett

Teresa Ann Dixon Willett, of Chillicothe, was called Home to be with her Lord January 31, 2012, at the Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus, following an extended illness. She was born January 1, 1954 in Chillicothe to Ralph E. and Dora E. Haithcock Dixon Sr. Survivors include her mother; a son, George Michael (Kim) Willett; two grandsons; a granddaughter; four brothers, Larry (Chris) David, Ralph E. Dixon Jr., Charles (Maxine) Dixon, and Jeff (Lisa) Dixon, all of Chillicothe; a sister, Cheryl Jones; devoted husband, George Rod Willett, of Chillicothe; a host of nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her father; a daughter; and a grandson. She will be greatly missed by all. Teresa was a member of Zion Baptist Church where she served on the Usher Board. Even through her illness, she stood her post faithfully. She was a member for 46 years and an usher for 26 years. She also served with the Loyal Club. Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Monday at Zion Baptist Church, Rev. J. Troy Gray officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. Friends may call 12-2 pm Monday at the church.
