Sylvia S. Cook Sylvia S. Cook, 77, of Chillicothe, died 5:40 am, June 13, 2007, in her home, unexpectedly. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Monday, in the Haller Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memory Garden. Friends may call 5-8 pm Sunday at Haller's. She was born October 28, 1929 in Chillicothe to William and Ida Shuster Hawkins. On October 21, 1949 she married Herman Cook who survives. Also surviving is a daughter, Diana (Jeffery) Bost, Chillicothe; a son, Harold (Deborah) Cook, Grand prairie, TX; four grandchildren, Christopher and Vincent Arrowood, and Shawn and Sherree Cook; four great-grandchildren; five brothers, Glen Hawkins of Dayton, O; Robert and Emmitt Hawkins, of Chillicothe; Clyde Hawkins, of Frankfort, and Lee Hawkins, of Nevada; and a sister, Mary Hawkins, of McComb, OH. She was preceded in death by four brothers.
