Susan Weisenberger

Susan M. (Weiderman) Weisenberger, 57, of Chillicothe, died October 28, 2009, at the Adena Regional Medical Center, following a brief illness. She was born April 10, 1952 in Chillicothe to the late Richard and Kathleen Terflinger Weiderman. On August 21, 1976 she married Daniel Weisenberger, who survives. Also surviving are daughters, Amanda (Chad) Meyers and Katie (Mark) Egginger; a son, Ben (Brianne) Weisenberger; grandchildren, Max Meyers, Blake Egginger, and Olivia Weisenberger; brothers, William (Clarice Alderdice) Weiderman and Sam (Debbie) Weiderman; a sister , Carol (David) Staten; brothers-in-law, Robert (Vicky) Weisenberger, Paul (Sheree) Weisenberger and Greg (Birdie) Weisenberger; a sister-in-law, Tish (Jeff) Miller; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and a granddaughter, Madison Meyers. Susan was a graduate of Chillicothe High School, Ohio University, and Ashland University. She has been a teacher for over 20 years, spending most of that time teaching Spanish at Southeastern High School. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church, where Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 am Tuesday, Rev. William Hahn, Celebrant. Friends may call 4-8 pm Monday at the Haller Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made in Susan's name to the St. Vincent DePaul Society, of St. Peter Church, 126 Church St., Chillicothe or the American Red Cross, Ross Co. Chapter, 115 W. Main St., Chillicothe.
