Steven Trainer

Steven A. "Bones" Trainer, 55, of Chillicothe, died unexpectedly at his residence March 17, 2016. He was born April 16, 1960, in Chillicothe to Thomas C. and Antonia Rose (Purpero) Trainer. Steve is survived by his wife, Deirdre "Dee" (Clymer) Trainer; his daughter Madison L. Trainer, of Virginia; step-son Brandon Blazer; his mother, Rosie Trainer and her companion Mike Kaltenbach, of Chillicothe; his siblings Mike Trainer, Cincinnati, Mark (Tracy) Trainer, Chillicothe, Toni (Joe) Bonner, Ashland, KY, Angie (Tracy) Murray, Chillicothe, Matt (Jen) Trainer, Athens, OH; his nieces and nephews Chris, Mike and Tim Trainer; Luke, Ryan and Erika Bonner; Erin, Maria, Cole Murray; and Nate and Sam Trainer. He was predeceased by his father, Thomas C. Trainer; and grandparents Tony and Mary L. Purpero; and Clyde and Florence Trainer. Steve attended St. Peter Catholic Church and was a graduate of Bishop Flaget High School, Class of 1978. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, loved the Cleveland Browns and especially enjoyed his nieces and nephews and attending their events. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00am, Monday, March 21, at St. Peter Church, Rev. William Hahn, Celebrant. Friends may call Sunday from 2-5 pm at Haller Funeral Home where a wake service will be held at 5:00pm.
