Steven Brent Arledge, 72, of Chillicothe, died 7:30 am, October 21, 2018, at the Adena Regional Medical Center.
He was born October 23, 1945 in Ross Co. to the late Ralph W. and Jetta Byers Arledge Sr. On May 6, 1994 he married the former Phyllis Moran, who died June 5, 2018. Survivors include three step-daughters, Deborah (Gary, deceased) Burnett, Sue (Jimmy) Wade, and Ann (Derek) Vallery; two grandchildren, that he loved as his own, Jared Lee Wade and Aja Magnolia "Maggie" Vallery; a nephew; two nieces; and a great-niece. He was preceded in death by a son, Brent Stauffer; a step-grandson, Zachary Stepp; and four siblings, Frank, Mike, and Ralph Arledge, and Cherie Kay Arledge Eynon.
Mr. Arledge was a 1964 graduate of Centralia High School and was a professional carpenter.
Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family in Crouse Chapel Cemetery.
