Stephen Carter

Stephen Michael Carter, 62, of Chillicothe, passed away Thursday evening, August 9, 2018, at the Adena Regional Medical Center following a brief illness. He was born on March 14, 1956, to the late Ora and Nellie Carter. Surviving are his children, Travis (Kimberly) Carter, Michael Carter, Samantha Pettiford, and Stephena Secrest; a grandson, Christian Carter, as well as his long time friend, Eddie Nunley. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Bill Carter. In accordance with his wishes, there will be no public calling hours or services.
