Slemp Honaker Jr., 64, of Frankfort, died 10:50 pm, Sunday, August 23, 2015, at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Chillicothe. He was born in St. Albans, WV to the late Slemp and Virginia B. Honaker Sr. His wife Brenda Honaker survives. Mr. Honaker was an instructor and retired from the US Army. Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
