Shirley Edgington

Shirley Ann Edgington passed on from this world to receive her heavenly reward on August 6, 2009, at Riverside Hospital, in Columbus. She was born February 4, 1942 in Clarksburg, the daughter of Ruby and the late Douglas Colburn. On May 26, 1962 she married Orlan Edgington, who survives. They enjoyed 47 years of a joyous union. Also surviving are her two sons, Kevin (Melinda) of Milford, OH and Kirk (Sharon) of Kingston, OH; four grandchildren, Thaddaeus, Derek, Nathan and Katherine; sister Nancy (Charles) Downs, of Chillicothe; brothers, Douglas (Sherry) Colburn II, of Chillicothe, Jerry (Connie) Colburn, of Gallipolis, OH, Tim (Carla) Colburn, of Londonderry; step-sister Jean Ebert, of Las Vegas, NV; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 10:00 am Tuesday at the Haller Funeral Home, Pastor Shawn Howard officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Frankfort. Friends may call 6-8 pm Monday at Haller's.
