Shelbie Watters

Shelbie Jean Watters, 81, died at 8:34pm Sunday, May 6, 2018, following an extended illness.   She was born December 17, 1936, Chillicothe to the late Manuel, Sr. & Mary (Quick) Blake. On January 13, 1953, she married the love of her life, Eddie W. Watters, who preceded her in death on July 27, 2014.   Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law Debi (Gary) Hickman, of Chillicothe; sons and daughters-in-law Brian (Jane) Watters, of Lebanon, OH, and Eric (Lasetta) Watters, of Chillicothe; 8 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; sisters: Rosemary, Garrenet and Janet; and a brother Johnny. She was predeceased by sisters: Edith, Gloria and Marilyn; and brothers: Harry "Bud" and E. Manuel "Pepsi."   Funeral services will be held at Noon, Thursday, May 10, at Haller Funeral Home with Pastor Cameron Caseman officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memory Gardens.
