Shawna Smith

Shawna N. Smith, 32, of Chillicothe, passed away12:59 am, Saturday, March 5, 2011, at the Adena Regional Medical Center, following a brief illness. She was born February 5, 1979 in Ross Co. to Raymond and Janice Elder Smith, who survive. Also surviving is the love of her life, her son, Brennan Jay Smith; her loving fiancée, Joshua Lancaster; her grandparents, Harley and Leola Elder, Shirley Bayes, and Ralph (Norma Jean Wilson) Smith; and several aunts; uncles; cousins; and friends, who lover her very much. Shawna worked for Ponderosa for many years, both in Waverly and Chillicothe. She had a heart of gold and the face of an angel. She will be sadly missed forever by her family and friends who hold her dearest to their hearts. She is never forgotten and forever loved. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Friday at the Mt. Tabor Church, Pastors Randy Rinehart and Rick Hartley officiating. Burial will follow in Huntington Memorial Cemetery. Friends may call 5-8 pm Thursday at the church.
