Sharon Finney

Sharon M. Finney, 60, of Chillicothe, died 7:33 am, Sunday, October 4, 2009, at her home, following an extended illness. She was born July 13, 1949 in Chillicothe to Dannie C. and Iva M. Montgomery Rogers. Survivors include her mother; her best friend and life partner Richard Crawford; two daughters, Brenda (Dan) Wellman, of Bethel, OH, and Paulette (Rod) Sink, of Columbus; a son, John (Michelle) Finney II, of Chillicothe; four grandchildren, Lauren Finney, Lindsey, Austin, and Mariah Wellman; a granddog, Gibby Sink; two sisters, Doris Kern and Charolette (Charles) Orr; and a brother Danny Rogers. Sharon was a cook for Renick's Restaurant for over twenty years. Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Wednesday at Haller Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Springbank Cemetery.
