Sara Leeson

Sara Jane Leeson, 23, of Chillicothe, died unexpectedly Monday, November 2, 2015 at the Ohio State University Medical Center. She was born August 9, 1992 in Chillicothe. In March of 2011 she married Joshua Leeson, who died in September of 2014. Survivors include her parents Jason R. Bethel and Kathryn (William "Billy") Alexander; her daughter, Liliana Leeson; three sisters, Ashlie (Kevin Kellar) Bethel, of Kingston, Addison and Emily Alexander, of Chillicothe; nephews, Zayden and Draken; a grandmother, Beverly Moran; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members. She was preceded in death by her husband and grandparents, Mabel and Donald Moran. Despite having a rough life, Sara was a very generous person. In any circumstance, good or bad, she would try to make you laugh. She was comfortable with herself and was never embarrassed. She loved her family very much, and the very best day of her life, was the day she became a mother. Sara was a member of the Inanna Spiritual Center. Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Saturday at the Haller Funeral Home & Crematory, Rev. L. G. Hoover officiating. Friends may call 11-1 Saturday at Haller's.
