Sandra Valentine

Sandra Jane Valentine, 68, of Reynoldsburg, formerly of Chillicothe, passed away on Monday, October 19, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Chillicothe on September 17, 1947, to the late Glassco "Bud" and Mary Alice (Richardson) Fairrow. Sandra is survived by her four children, James A. Valentine Jr., and Renee Valentine, both of Chillicothe, Tammy Valentine, and Cheryl Valentine, both of Reynoldsburg; five grandchildren, Leon, Tina, Cassandra and Brielle Valentine, and Brittany Covietz-Hodges; three siblings, Richard Fairrow, Cheryl (John) Brown, and Christopher Fairrow; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In addition to her parents, Sandra was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters. Sandra worked at Glatfelter for 34 years until her retirement in 2009. Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at the First Baptist Church, 71 W. 4th St., Chillicothe, OH 45601. Burial will follow in Grandview Cemetery. Friends may call from 11:00am until the time of the service on Tuesday.
