Samuel Franklin Rainey, 75, of Chillicothe, passed away at the Adena Regional Medical Center on Tuesday, January 19, 2021.
He was born July 13, 1945 in Point Pleasant, West Virginia, son of the late Robert Francis and Kathleen (Kearns) Rainey.
In accordance with his wishes, private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
