S. Vanhooser

Steven "Eric" VanHooser, 56, passed away Saturday September 29, 2018, at Adena Regional Medical Center.   He was born in Chillicothe to the late Gary and Phyllis (Beeler) VanHooser and graduated from Zane Trace High School.   He is survived by his brothers Randy (Mary) and Greg (Bobbie) VanHooser; his sister Kerry (Jim) Mankin; several nieces and nephews; special friends Butch, Mike and Angie, and Wayne; and his special cat "Buddy."   Eric was kind-hearted and a jack-of-all-trades. "My chains are gone. I've been set free. My God, My Savior, has ransomed me."   Private graveside services will be held in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Kingston, under the direction of Haller Funeral Home & Crematory.
