Ruthie Adkins

Ruthie Ann Adkins, of North Malone Road, Chillicothe, passed away at 3:29pm on Tuesday September 3, 2013 after an extended illness. She was born on May 14, 1961, in Chillicothe, OH, the daughter of the late Gloria Milella. On October 5, 1991, she was united in marriage to Stephen Adkins, who survives. Also surviving are brothers Mark, David and Donnie; and sisters Jennifer and Rachael. Ruthie had a successful career with DRC/APA where she retired in 2013. She enjoyed her co-workers along with cooking, gardening, fishing, homemaking and other activities. Ruthie was an honest, dependable, determined and loving individual. She will be missed by all who knew her. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Friday at the HALLER FUNERAL HOME. Burial will follow in Huntington Memorial Cemetery. Friends may call from Noon until 2pm Friday at Haller Funeral Home.
