Ruth Cuckler

Ruth Cuckler, 81, of Chillicothe, went to be with the Lord at 12:00pm Saturday, March 19, 2011, at Traditions of Chillicothe. She was born July 26, 1929, in Ross County to the late Walter and Edna M. Wilt Wilcox. In February 1950, she married Robert O. Cuckler, Sr., who preceded her in death on May 27, 2005. Surviving are her sons and daughters-in-law Dr. Robert O. (Susan) Cuckler, Jr., of Homestead, FL; and Larry (Mary) Cuckler, Chillicothe; grandchildren: Amanda Cuckler, Winter Park, FL; Larry Cuckler, Jr.; Nathan Cuckler; and Travis Cuckler, all of Chillicothe; her brothers Carl Wilcox, Chillicothe; and Eugene (Connie) Wilcox, Elkhart, IN. She was predeceased by a sister Peggy Riehle. Mrs. Cuckler had attended the High Street CCCU. She took great joy and pride in spending time with and caring for her grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 11:00am Tuesday, March 22, in Twin Twp. Cemetery, Bourneville. Friends may call Monday from 6-8pm at Haller Funeral Home.
