Rupert Proctor

R. Wayne Proctor, 53, of Chillicothe, died 10:09 pm, December 29, 2014 at the Adena Regional Medical Center, unexpectedly. He was born February 28, 1961 in Columbus, OH to the late Sterling and Betty Estep Proctor. On March 17, 1979 he married the former Regenia S. Collins, who survives. Also surviving is his sister, Peggy Parker, of Coshocton; a brother, Sterling Proctor Jr., of Columbus; several nieces; nephews; and brothers and sisters-in-law. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Gary Proctor. Wayne was employed as Production Manager by the AJ Asphalt Co., Columbus, OH. He loved Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
