Rosemary Cadden

Rosemary G. Cadden, 87, of Circleville, formerly of Chillicothe, died 9:45 pm, Wednesday, February 4, 2009, in Pickaway Manor, following an extended illness. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 12:00 pm Monday, at St. Mary Catholic Church, Rev. Lawrence Hummer, Celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Margaret Cemetery. Friends may call 4-6 pm Sunday at Haller Funeral Home, where a wake service will be held at 6:00 pm. She was born March 26, 1921 in Portsmouth, OH to John Howard and Edna Eleanor Thompson Geiger. On March 14, 1944 she married Edward Martin Cadden, who died June 11, 1988. Survivors include her children, Marcia Clark, of Chillicothe; Tim (Joan) Cadden, of Circleville; 5 grandchildren, Allen and Anthony (Erin) Clark, Joseph, Steven, and Margaret Cadden; 5 great-grandchildren, Miranda, Jordan, Brittany, Brayden, and Alexis; a brother and sister-in-law, Gene and Mary Cadden, of Altos, CA; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Cadden was a lifetime member of St. Mary Church, and enjoyed serving on the Lazarus Bereavement Committee. Memorial contributions may be made to the church at 61 S. Paint St., Chillicothe, OH 45601.
