Rosa Adams Stonerock Hackworth, age 87, of Chillicothe, went to be her Heavenly Father at 2:40 A.M. on Sunday, October 2, 2011 following a long illness. She was surrounded by children she loved dearly and who loved her dearly in return. She was born on February 16, 1924 to John and Melvina (Daniels) Conley, both of whom preceded her in death. On December 24, 1939, she married Claude Adams. Out of this union were born five sons and five daughters. Mr. Adams preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death were three other husbands, Gilbert Stonerock, Jame Saylor and Roosevelt Hackworth. Also preceding her in death were three brothers, Buel and, Arzie Conley and Cecil Whitt; sons in law: James (Dee Dee) Fausnaugh, Larry Boysel, William Diehl Sr. and James Ingle. She is survived by a sister, Hazel Hackworth of McClure, OH; children Virgie and William Montgomery of Chillicothe, Hazel Ingle of Bryan, OH, John and Samra Adams of Greenfield OH, Rose and Jeff Mossbarger of Washington Court House, OH, Floyd Butch and Carol Adams of South Salem, OH, Brenda and Randy Vernatter of Chillicothe, Charles Rick Adams of Waverly, OH, David and Becky Adams of Greenfield, OH, Linda and Eddie Justice of Greenfield, OH; 19 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; 12 great great-grandchildren; special step-children Randy, Eric and Steve Hackworth along with several other step-children and step-grandchildren and step-great- grandchildren. Mrs. Hackworth was a life member of Freewill Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held 1:30 pm, Wednesday at the Haller Funeral Home, Rev. Mitch Salyers officiating. Burial will follow in Bainbridge Cemetery. Friends may call 5-8 pm Tuesday at Haller's. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. 8 Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing. 2 Timothy 4:7-8
