Ronald Skinner

Ronald W. Skinner Sr. Ronald W. Skinner, Sr., 70, of Chillicothe, went to be with the Lord 12:34 pm, Monday, April 21, 2008, in Westmoreland Place Nursing Home. No funeral service or calling hours will be observed. He was born May 23, 1937 in Chillicothe to Warren and Marie Wilkins Skinner. On March 3, 1956 he married Betty G. Mason Skinner, who preceded him in death in 2004. Survivors include two children, Ronald W. Skinner Jr., and Ronda W. Skinner Rhea; five grandchildren, Erika J. Skinner, D J Chamblin, Amber N., Zachary O., and Shane M. Skinner and Todd ?TJ? R. Rhea Jr.; three great-grandchildren, Dominic, Olivia and Isabella; his twin brother, Donald S. (Eloise) Skinner; and several nieces; nephews; and great-nieces and nephew, whom he loved very much. Ronald was a Korean Conflict Navy and Army Veteran. He retired from the VA Police Department; was a life member of VFW Post 108 and Post Commander from 90-91. He was awarded the national All American Post Commander Award in 90-91; was Dist. 12 VFW Post Commander 95-96; was a life member of the AMVETS Post 4; and a member of American Legion Post 62.
