Ronald K. Palmer, 64, of Kingston, died August 27, 2022 at his home, surrounded by family, following an extended illness.
He was born September 27, 1957 in Circleville, OH to the late Walter R. and Doris M. Moats Palmer. On September 18, 1999 he married Vicki L. Hawk Palmer, who survives. Also surviving are two children, Jamie Palmer, of South Bloomfield and Keith Palmer, of California; a step-daughter Joie Lynn Smith, of Kingston; four grandchildren, Gavin Marlowe, Cannon Marlowe, Payton Hartranft and Eve Hartranft; a sister, Ginger (Jerry) Steele; a brother, Dave (Janie) Palmer; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by brother, Kenneth Palmer.
Ronald worked as a fabricator for M & M Fabrication. He enjoyed playing golf, cooking, woodworking, and loved to paint. He was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose, Lodge 1626, the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Aerie 600 and the VFW lodge 3331.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Wednesday at the Haller Funeral Home & Crematory. Friends may call 11-1:00 Wednesday at Haller's. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, in his name, to further research.
